Suicide First Aid Lite
The SFA Lite course provides essential knowledge and practical skills to confidently support someone who may be struggling with suicidal thoughts. In just three hours, you’ll learn how to recognise warning signs, offer reassurance, and take crucial steps to help keep them safe.
Course Overview
Suicide is a highly sensitive subject, and many people struggle to understand it or know how to approach someone in a mental health crisis. The stigma surrounding suicide and the bereavement experienced by those left behind can lead to feelings of alienation and exclusion, particularly in the workplace.
Suicide awareness training equips individuals with the confidence and skills to provide compassionate support and contribute to suicide prevention. Every intervention counts, and the knowledge gained from this course can help save lives.
