Qualifications: Level 3 Award in Education and Training, BSc (Hons) Health and Social Care, NVQ level 3 in Adults health and social care, Mental Health First Aid and Training 4 Influence Accredited.
Experience: Chad has over 25 years’ experience working in health and social care, working with a variety of individuals including the elderly, adults with mental health issues, adults with learning disabilities, young homeless individuals and children in various settings.
Chad is a passionate facilitator who values quality training, ensuring that delegates get the best they can from the sessions he delivers.
Chad’s training is informative and allows plenty of time for group conversations and activities to keep delegates engaged.
Current Role: Chad provides training to various sectors and specialises in LGBTQ+ ensuring that diversity, inclusion and acceptance is at the heart of what he delivers. He liaises with organisations to ensure that their equality and diversity policies and procedures are suitable and coincide with the company’s ethos.
Chad is also a speaker talking at events promoting the importance of equality and diversity for everyone.
