Garry Connor

Director of Services

Garry Connor has over 20 years’ experience in promoting equality, diversity and inclusion. Recently, he worked on developing guidance for supporting learners with learning difficulties and disabilities to access education and vocational training in partnership with the Institute for Employment Studies. He has also supported a number of user groups on important issues, such as the campaign for the implementation of the ‘Fairer Charging’ Guidance working at all levels; including with local authorities and MP’s.

Garry was instrumental in the unprecedented success of a national disability inclusion project where he devised and delivered training to partners as diverse as the Tate Galleries, the London Symphony Orchestra and the Scouting Association. He has also managed supported living programmes for disabled people and developed a number of community involvement initiatives with disabled people.
