Melissa has worked with a range of clients across sectors, equipping them with the skills and knowledge in a variety of areas, related to social regeneration. Prior to becoming a specialised trainer and consultant in 2010, Melissa was a Director of a Youth Engagement company, which provided specialist youth engagement service delivery to a range of clients, across sectors. Melissa is an active Board Member of Herefordshire Housing and Nehemiah UCHA.
Melissa designs, delivers and facilitates bespoke training courses for organizations in line with their operational and strategic outcomes to meet both local needs and national priorities. Melissa also has a range of pre designed training courses, with topics including Equality & Diversity, Cultural Awareness, Community Engagement.
Melissa is a seasoned and passionate trainer with a strong interest in Social Regeneration. Melissa has over 12 years professional experience within the Social Housing Sector, where she has developed a specific skill set in Community Engagement. She is a dynamic Trainer and Consultant and able to deliver strategically and operationally within her field.
