Associate Trainer & Consultant
An Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) practitioner with 13 years experience of working in the UK & South Africa across public and private sectors for a range of clients consulting on Leadership Development and EDI strategies. Combining 30 years of experience in the Corporate world as an executive coupled with 18 years of consulting in the UK, South Africa and Egypt my personal lived experiences provide clients with a unique perspective of all things EDI. Experienced project manager, interim executive, board member, conference speaker and leadership development content designer and facilitator.
Experience: Drawing on over 25 years of Executive roles in two FTSE 100 companies and international consulting experience in a wide range of sectors able to bring new perspectives and approaches to addressing both strategic and EDI specific challenges faced by organisations. Through critical analysis of Staff Surveys, Data Sets, Stakeholder Relations, Internal Support Structures and using a collaborative style able to co-create sustainable and impactful solutions. A primary focus is the behavioral change required by leadership across an organisation to visibly demonstrate their espoused Values and maximise the benefits of a Diverse workforce.
