The Purpose Of The Course

There are around 10 million people with a learning disability in the U.K.
As the numbers of disabled people in the workforce increases and a larger number of disabled people need to access a variety of services there is an even greater need to explore how the needs of disabled people can be met. This course will give an interpretation of the Equality Act 2010 and offers practical advice and cost effective tips on improving your service and meeting all the requirements.
