Who is the course for?

The course has been designed for managers and staff of criminal justice agencies. It comprises of four modules as part of the Inclusion and Diversity programme.

– Identify how cultural competency can be applied in your role and in the Criminal Justice System

– Deal more effectively with cultural differences

– Recognise features in cross-cultural communication
