Bitesize sessions

The following classes are all informative 90-minute sessions focusing on a single topic such as Menopause, Neurodiversity, Age, Race and race awareness or LGBTQ+. Due to time constraints, sessions are highly focused, with limited time allotted for discussion and questions.
