2025 Year in Review

A message from our Business Transformation Director, Rob Small

2025 has been one of our most dynamic and high-impact years to date. As Diversiti UK continues to grow, evolve and challenge the boundaries of EDI, workplace wellbeing and social impact, this year stands as a powerful reflection of the trust our clients place in us and the meaningful change our programmes continue to drive.

Over the past 12 months, we have delivered:

  • 272 training courses across the UK
  • Training for circa 5,440 colleagues
  • Partnerships with 60 client organisations
  • Delivery across 18 diverse sectors
  • 98% delegate satisfaction rating
  • 75%+ uplift in confidence and knowledge across our programmes

These achievements demonstrate not only the scale of our work, but the depth of its impact. Delegates consistently report transformational improvements in understanding, confidence and practical skills; clear evidence that our approach is resonating, relevant and delivering real value.

This year has also allowed us to step back and take stock of where we are making the strongest impact and where future opportunities lie. The breadth of sectors we support is a testament to how transferable, needed and influential our training and consultancy have become.

Key Highlights of 2025

This year has been defined by growth, innovation and deeper sector impact. Some of our standout achievements include:

  • Successful appointment to multiple local authority and national frameworks, including the Manchester City Council L&D Framework and All Age Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Framework in Northamptonshire.
  • Expansion of our ESOL in the Workplace programmes, with new pilots launched at Greencore, Active Ants and CEVA Logistics.
  • Strengthened partnerships across mental health, suicide prevention and wellbeing training, including ongoing collaboration with Ace Workplace learning, AKG Group MHFA England, Kelly’s Heroes and NCSPET.
  • Growth in our specialist EDI, Neurodiversity and Cultural Competency programmes, supporting organisations of all sizes to build inclusive, psychologically safe environments.
  • A continued rise in repeat business, long-term partnerships and cross-sector programme adoption.
  • Delivery across 18 diverse sectors, creating impact from healthcare and local authorities through to financial services, education, manufacturing, arts, policing and more.

Strengthening Relationships & Building New Partnerships

A defining feature of 2025 has been the strength of our relationships. We have deepened our partnerships with long-standing clients, supporting them with multi-year programmes, expanded delivery and tailored consultancy. These trusted relationships remain at the heart of our work.

At the same time, this year saw the formation of significant new partnerships across public, private and third-sector organisations. From councils and NHS Trusts to global corporations, charities, manufacturers and creative industries, we welcomed an inspiring range of new organisations into the Diversiti UK community.

This blend of long-term partnership and new collaboration has enabled us to broaden our impact, diversify our delivery and expand into sectors where our work is now more needed than ever.

Our Social Impact & Community Commitment

As a Community Interest Company, social value is not an add-on; it is integral to who we are.

Throughout 2025, we:

  • Delivered free webinars to widen access to essential EDI and wellbeing knowledge.
  • Reinvested into community-based programmes, including employability, digital skills and ESOL provision.
  • Supported marginalised communities through inclusive training design, accessible content and localised delivery models.
  • Engaged and educated many public sectors organisations in the importance of effective Equality Impact Assessments.
  • Strengthened partnerships with VCSE organisations and local community groups, contributing to safer, more inclusive environments.
  • Increased participation across confidence-building and skills-development initiatives throughout Northamptonshire and beyond.

This commitment will continue to grow and deepen in 2026.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Behind every programme we deliver is a commitment to excellence.

In 2025, we:

  • Enhanced our quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and high standards across all delivery.
  • Developed new digital and blended resources to support hybrid learning.
  • Expanded our specialist trainer network to strengthen subject-matter expertise across key topic areas.
  • Improved scheduling, administration and operational workflows to create a smoother, more responsive client and learner experience.
  • Introduced new programme designs and tailored modules for leadership, wellbeing and workforce resilience.

These advancements support our ability to scale and maintain quality across everything we deliver.

Looking Ahead to 2026

We move into 2026 with confidence, energy and a clear vision for growth.

Our priorities include:

  • Expanding our neurodiversity, gender, sexual orientation and mental health and wellbeing portfolio, including new programmes for managers and senior leaders.
  • Broadening our EDI consultancy to support deeper organisational change and policy transformation.
  • Scaling our workplace ESOL provision across Central East England and new regions.
  • Strengthening partnerships with councils, NHS Trusts, universities and national organisations.
  • Continued investment in digital learning tools and accessible training pathways.
  • Expanding our trainer network to meet increasing demand for specialist training.
