Experience: With a career spanning over 20 years in the fields of Diversity, Inclusion, and Well-being, Jo brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for social justice and inclusion.

Through impactful training, programme design and consultancy, Jo was credited with changing the culture of the largest college in the U.K, making it a go-to destination for marginalised students.In leadership roles, Jo continued her commitment to supporting marginalised individuals, leading psycho-social services, driving strategic initiatives and delivering impactful results. She has been consulting and training on Leadership, Wellbeing and Diversity for 5 years. Jo has written and delivered training on a vast range of EDI topics including gender and sexual diversity, (LGBT and trans inclusion), anti-racism, inclusive leadership and mental health including MH for marginalised communities. Beyond her training and consultancy roles, Jo is an educator, teaching and assessing critical theory, diversity and inclusion, leadership, organisational behaviour and strategy via BA and MBA programmes. She is also a coach on an executive leadership programme, leveraging her expertise to support leaders and managers globally.

Through her multidimensional roles and unwavering dedication, Jo has established herself as a highly respected professional in the domains of diversity, inclusion, and well-being, both in the U.K and beyond.
