Mark Charles Brady
Trainer & Consultant
Mark Charles Brady is a highly experienced and dedicated nurse with a strong background in mental health, complex care and specialist training. With over 24 years of experience as a qualified trainer, Mark has spent his career making sure that people not only receive the support they need but also that others are fully trained to provide that support.
Mark is a Mental Health First Aid tutor and regularly delivers mental health training for managers, helping workplaces better understand how to support staff and recognise early signs of struggle. His hands-on experience includes working closely with local crisis teams and managing nursing homes that specialise in complex care and dual diagnosis, giving him real insight into the challenges people face and the best ways to support them.
In addition to his frontline work, Mark is a qualified disability assessor and functional specialist, helping individuals get the right support based on their needs. He’s also a passionate advocate for fairness and inclusion, and has been running Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) courses for many years.
Mark’s main goal is simple: to make sure everyone gets the support they need and to train as many people as possible to offer that support in the right way. His approach is practical, down-to-earth, and rooted in real experience.
