Mental Health and Wellbeing for Employees is a practical, accessible training programme designed to build confidence and awareness around mental wellbeing at work.

It helps employees understand stress, recognise changes in themselves and others, and respond in appropriate, supportive ways. The course focuses on self-care, peer support, and signposting — ensuring individuals understand both their role and their boundaries.

Recommended course length: Half Day – (Also available as a online session, depending on organisational needs.)

Overview

This mental health training for employees course supports employees to develop a shared understanding of mental health and wellbeing in everyday working life.

It creates space for open discussion, reflection, and learning, without placing responsibility on employees to diagnose, manage, or intervene in mental health concerns. Instead, the focus is on awareness, empathy, confidence, and knowing when and how to seek further support.
